MTN TV is MTN’s video streaming service that offers access to Video and Audio’s Channels.
It is a one-stop shop for premium Nigerian OTT content, offering a mix of linear and on-demand international, local, and hyper-local content across multiple devices.

MTN TV has a variety of children’s content, documentaries, reality TV, series, movies and other exciting local and international content across all genres.

Who can use MTN TV?
MTN TV is only available to MTN customers with a valid mobile number.
How can I get MTN TV?
You can type in https://ngmtntv.mtn.com/ on your phone’s browser.
Devices supported are Android and iOS (13 and above).
Browsers supported Chrome and Safari.
How much does MTN TV cost?
There is currently no subscription fee, however standard data charges will apply.
You will need working internet access through mobile data or wi-fi to be able to stream the content.
Standard MTN data bundle rates will apply for mobile data.
How can I pay?
Currently, there is no subscription.
How do I login?
You can log in to MTN TV by entering your MTN cellphone number to receive a One Time Pin (OTP), once you’ve entered the OTP sent to your cellphone, you can access MTN TV and start streaming your favorite channels.
Logout
By selecting “Log Out” under Setting and Preferences.
You will automatically be logged out after 90 days of inactivity.

How many devices can I use to access MTN TV?
You can access MTN TV on up to 5 devices linked to your logged in account.
However, you will only be able to watch/stream on one device at a time.
A new device can only be added if one of the existing 5 devices is deleted.
What kind of programs can one expect to watch on MTN TV?
Drama series, movies, Kids shows, educational series, Music shows, News and so much more.
Do I need data to access MTN TV?
Yes. To watch the free channels on MTN TV, you will need working internet access.
If you do not have access to wi-fi, you will need to purchase an MTN data bundle, for which standard MTN rates will apply.
Can I use Airtime to watch the shows?
If you would like to use airtime instead of data to stream your favorite channels, you will need to opt-in to the “out of bundle” usage option.
Is MTN TV Safe for kids to watch?
MTN TV has a parental control feature and can only be accessed with a 4-digit pin. Programs on the MTN TV platform have a parental guidance rating.
The rating can guide parents to decide what content their kids can watch.
We currently use the following classifications:
(a) PG to indicate parental guidance (Suitable for 12years and below);
(b) 12 to indicate not suitable for persons less than 12 years;
(c) 12A indicate not suitable for persons less than 12 years unless accompanied by an adult; and
(d) 15A to indicate not suitable for persons less than 15 years unless accompanied by an adult.
How do I Manage my PIN?
Navigate to “Manage PIN” under the Setting and Preferences menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I change my streaming Video Quality?
Navigate to “Video Quality” under the Setting and Preferences menu then select Auto, High, Low.
The default Video Quality is set to Auto.
Can I restrict data usage while streaming?
If you would like to limit data usage while watching your favorite MTN TV show, you can adjust streaming quality settings to lower data usage, especially when using mobile data.
