The Connect Flexi plans are aligned to the existing corporate CUG plans
(Public Sector)
Only prepaid number can be provisioned for Connect Flexi Customers on Connect Flexi plan cannot migrate to other prepaid service class through self-service channels.
Organization sends list of numbers to be provisioned for its CUG. Customer completed activation via USSD or SMS Customer gets the successful activation notification via SMS
Access will be charged via customer’s airtime or organisation’s staff payments with amount credited as airtime to individual lines for service activation.
