A. You will be able to check your Router Broadband bundle balance via the following channels:

Will I be able to roll over my unused data balance?
A. Yes. You will be able to roll over your unused data bundle for capped plans only if you resubscribe within seven (7) days upon data expiration. Rolled over data plan will adopt the validity of the new bundle subscribed.
Can I purchase an Unlimited Router Broadband Plan if I have an active Capped Router Broadband Plan?
A. Yes, you can buy an Unlimited Broadband Plan while having an active capped bundle.
Can I purchase a Capped Router Broadband Plan if I have an active Unlimited Router Broadband Plan?
A. Yes, you can buy a Capped Broadband Plan while having an Unlimited bundle.

A: Yes, below are the add-ons available to the eligible broadband plans

What is the validity period of the Router Broadband plan add-ons?
A. The add-ons will have the same validity with the main data plan you purchased.
Will I be able to stream videos from other sites or apps with the FREE YouTube data/FREE data for video conferencing?
A. NO, the free YouTube data can only be used to stream videos on YouTube app/web. While the free data for video conferencing can only be used on Microsoft teams or Zoom.
What happens if I exhaust the FREE YouTube data/ FREE data for video conferencing?
A. You will be charged from your main broadband bundle if you continue to watch YouTube videos or use Microsoft teams or Zoom.
Will I receive the data bundle and 5GB YouTube Add-on as soon as I take up the offer?
A: Yes, you will receive the data bundle (i.e 30GB, 60GB, 120GB, 200GB of data) and the 5GB YouTube add-on upon completion of the bundle purchase transaction.
Can I use the broadband data allocation however I choose?
A. Yes, you can use the data allocation however you like. However, the 5GB Add on for YouTube can only be used on YouTube.
